PIPER

  Ohio born actor and commercial print model, Robert Piper grew up in the spotlight acting in school productions and skating in shows.  Robert found his love of the spotlight as a competitive figure skater where he trained with coaches such as Olympic Champion Carol Heiss Jenkins.  He later began modeling with local talent agents IMI & The Talent Group in Ohio.  From there he was signed to Elite Model Management & Stewart Talent in Chicago.

  Robert has been featured in national & international print ads for Little Tyke Toys, Nike, Arizona Jean Co. Microsoft, M&M World, and American Greeting Card Company to name a few.   He is also the classic children’s book hero, Robin Hood, in ROBIN HOOD & THE GOLDEN ARROW from Scholastic Books and Illustrated by Corretta Scott King Winner  E.B. Lewis.

  Robert started making his mark in the world of film and TV with recurring roles on both CBS’s “As The World Turns” and the Emmy Award winning ABC daytime drama “All My Children.”  As well as featured roles on NBC’s “Kings”, FX’s “Rescue Me” and the BBC Canada’s “People Like Us.”  He has had leading roles in independent films like “Grey Goo” & “Urgent Care.”  Robert landed his first leading role in a feature film starring as Christopher Walker in “Falling Backwards” by Giant Leap Pictures.  Robert not only stars in the movie, but has a single on the movie soundtrack that he co-wrote called “Life Happens.”  He is signed on to be in the upcoming children’s film “American Leprechaun.”

  The lights of Broadway have also been calling.  Robert has been in workshops for upcoming musicals like “The Great Pretender, The Freddie Mercury Story” from Pluto Productions, as well as “Joan Crawford … Hell Hath No Fury” in addition to the Off-Broadway play “The Truth About Dieting.”  Robert has been a part of Rockers on Broadway “TOMMY 15th Anniversary Benefit Concert” & ELTON JOHN’S “GOODBYE YELLOW BRICK ROAD 35th Anniversary Concert”   

  Robert has performed in Broadway Bares 19 "Click It", Broadway Bares 20 "Strip-opoly", Broadway Bares 22 “Happy Endings” Broadway Bares 23 "United Strips of America" Broadway Bares 24 "Rock Hard" Broadway Bares 25 "Top Bottoms of Burlesque" Broadway Bares 26 "On Demand" and has been apart of numerous Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS events such as The Easterbonnet Competition, Gypsy Of The Year, The Fire Island Dance Festival, ABC Daytime & SOAPnet SALUTES BC/EFA and Dance For The Heart! 

  Robert was recognized by Broadway Cares after helping raise over $50,000 for the first ever SOAP-A-THON for ABC Daytime & SOAPnet Salutes Broadway Cares. He continues to work with other non-profit organizations like Village Cares in NYC, The Point Foundation & The Actors Fund.
